Meet Stephanie,

As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training, I bring my knowledge and my genuine care to our work.  I know that saying yes to therapy can be intimidating, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take that step.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express whatever comes in that moment.  I’ll offer compassion and curiosity as we explore new ways for you to grow, always moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you, especially when working through sensitive or challenging issues.

I can support you if you're feeling depressed, lacking motivation, overwhelmed by difficult thoughts or emotions, going through life changes, struggling with substance use, feeling lost or disconnected, or having challenges in a relationship.

​In my work, I weave together counselling and Somatic Experiencing, to address body, mind, emotions, and spirit to support growth and change.  I believe that by connecting with your true self, you can tap into your inner wisdom and strength to heal.  My goal is to guide you through both the light and the dark moments, helping you find clarity and balance.  I offer sessions in both English and French. 
 
I live in the beautiful Comox Valley, where I can always find ways to recharge and reconnect. I enjoy taking walks with my cat (a Siamese who thinks he's a dog), reading and learning new things, and getting lost in puzzles or painting with watercolors.
